UnAI.se is a free writing-pattern analysis and revision tool. It identifies selected stylistic signals and provides rewrite suggestions; it does not determine authorship or prove that text was generated by AI. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not use the Service to generate spam, harmful content, or content that violates any law or regulation
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Take responsibility for ensuring you have the right to process any text you submit

You retain all rights to the text you submit for analysis. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including but not limited to its design, functionality, user interface, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of UnAI.se and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of any information or content obtained through the Service will meet your expectations

You acknowledge that the score is a writing-pattern signal, not a probability or proof of AI authorship. Results may include false positives and false negatives.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnAI.se shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

In no event shall UnAI.se's total liability exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the past twelve months.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. All text processing happens locally in your browser — your content never leaves your device.

8. Changes to Terms
